Anagha T P

Anagha T.P. obtained her post-graduation in MBA in Agribusiness Management with specialization in Human Resource Management and Finance from Kerala Agricultural University in 2024, following her graduation in BSc Agriculture from Hemvati Nandan Bahuguna Garhwal University (A Central University) in 2022. Her minor research focused on Consumer Preference Towards Selected Turmeric-Based Immunity Boosting Products, while her major research examined the Determining Factors of Employee Retention in KSE (Kerala Solvent Extraction) Ltd. She served as an HR Executive at the eminent FMCG company RG Foods, where she gained practical experience in managing human resources. She is currently working as a Project Coordinator in the ICODICE (Internationally Connected Digital Classroom Education) Project, where she is involved in coordinating project activities and supporting research and academic initiatives.

During her MBA in Agribusiness Management at Kerala Agricultural University, She carried out both major and minor research studies. Her minor research was titled “Consumer Preference Towards Selected Turmeric-Based Immunity Boosting Products,” which analyzed consumer awareness, preferences, and purchasing behavior related to turmeric-based health products. Her major research titled “Determining Factors of Employee Retention in KSE (Kerala Solvent Extraction) Ltd.” focused on identifying the key organizational and human resource factors influencing employee retention in the company.
